Insurance
Michigan Eye and Contact Lens accepts a wide variety of insurances. Accordingly, we will verify coverage prior to your appointment and coordinate benefits between your vision and medical plans accordingly. If we are out of your network & you require our services, our office will work diligently to provide everything you need for reimbursement according to the specifics of your plan. We cannot promise coverage will be possible for everyone.
We make every effort to help our patients in the most cost-effective way possible. If your insurance chooses to not cover a service at all or sufficiently, our office provides a variety of solutions. For services that are not covered by insurances, a patient can provide payment upfront & can then petition for reimbursement with the insurance. If insurance coverage or cost presents a barrier to care, our team will do our best to find a reasonable solution for our patients.
Billing and Payment Options
Our office accepts most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We additionally accept Care Credit, a unique card that helps you finance your out-of-pocket expenses not covered by your insurance.
